All the high-tech and security systems have been specifically conceived for the keeping and preservation of works of art and valuable objects.
The stringent security systems include: state-of-the-art burglar alarms, biometric access control, path monitoring, 24/24 on-site and remote active video surveillance, fire alarm systems with high-pressure non-toxic gas that can saturate the environment within few seconds, anti-flooding systems. All the spaces are kept under constant monitoring of temperature, relative humidity, lighting and air circulation in order to ensure optimal care conditions to the deposited works.
Thanks to the collaboration with institutes and professionals, renowned for their experience like the Opificio delle Pietre Dure di Firenze, at the site of Art Defender Toscana has been opened an especially equipped restoration laboratory, whose qualified interventions are now also accessible to private customers.
